One of the strengths of Charter's approach is that we develop workshops tailored as much as possible to our clients' needs. This allows us to work in close partnership with our clients and ensure that a strong, relevant skillset is transferred to our clients' project management personnel.

At Charter we describe our approach to business as a 'Projects' approach. This is in contrast with the traditional view taken by business which  is often based on a 'Process' approach. A Projects approach encourages businesses to break with the traditional and limited business focus on individual business processes and look at the big picture with the help of project management training. The reason that this approach continues to be extremely successful within the Australian corporate community is that it supports delivery of the following benefits:
